  • July Resolutions

    1. Go for a half-hour walk once a week and ten push-ups a day
    I have been doing better, walking home from work nearly every day and occasionally taking a walk during my lunch break. I will need to fit in those push-ups and some sit-ups in there yet.

    2. Brush and floss teeth before going to bed every night
    I  really, really need to stop falling asleep on my couch. Maybe I should set my alarm for a specific time each evening to brush...  

    3. Do something social twice a month with or without friends
    I think Lauren and Brett's wedding covers more than enough! Dress fittings, bouquet-making gatherings, decorating parties, rehearsal dinner, the actual wedding and reception, et al *L0L* I also went to the movies with a couple friends (*drool* Magic Mike), and hung out with my cousin who came down for a day. 

    4. Go on a date if someone asks (provided they aren't creepy) 
    Well, I asked Buttercup to be my date to the wedding, so I think that totally counts

    5. Work on assignments for at an hour every day -two if still unemployed
    With all the wedding stuff to help with, I only managed to work on my assignment for a couple hours that week. Then I didn't even touch anything again until the last weekend of the month -I'm horrible!

    6. Write for an hour a week on any WiP
    I  worked a bit on a new script idea, but it is still in the planning stages. 

    7. Save and plan for UK dream vacation
    I have been trying to work out a budget so I can save!
