  • Resolution Summary: January

    1. Get healthier by losing 15lbs via 30 min walk/wk, 30 min rebounder/wk, 15 situps + pushups per day (or at least 3x/wk)
    Pounds: gained two pounds, lost four, gained two back...basically back to where i started. 
    Walking: 3.5/2hrs
    Trampoline: 30min/2hrs
    Situps: 60/180
    Pushups: 60/180

    2. Brush and floss teeth before going to bed every night
    It's a work in progress. 

    3. Do something social/go on dates twice a month
    Did four - coffee with E, Bible Study, play audition, visit with cousin. 

    4. Work on editing assignments or WiPs for a minimum of two hours per week
    About 22 hours.  

    5. Save and plan for UK dream vacation
    I started looking into accommodations, getting a passport, plane fares, and working on my budget.
