Resolutions: Week 4
1. Get healthier by losing 15lbs via 30 min walk/wk, 30 min rebounder/wk, 15 situps + pushups per day
Pounds: 130
Walking: 30 min
Trampoline: 0 min
Situps: 0
Pushups: 0I had the flu for half the week, and I'm still recovering. Flu and exercise doesn't mix well.
2. Brush and floss teeth before going to bed every night
Still trying.3. Do something social/go on dates twice a month
I went to the play auditions, as well had a visit with my cousin.4. Work on editing assignments or WiPs for a minimum of two hours per week
I spent much of Sunday and this afternoon/evening working on it. That's a lot more than two hours!5. Save and plan for UK dream vacation
I inquired about my very late paycheque so that I can add it to my budgeting plan... does that count?SUMR
