Resolutions: Week 2
1. Get healthier by losing 15lbs via 30 min walk/wk, 30 min rebounder/wk, 15 situps + pushups per day.
Pounds: 132
Walking: 80 min
Trampoline: 0 min
Situps: 0
Pushups: 0Every time I went to exercise something would come up: My parents would ask me to do something, I got called into work, my due dates for freelance editing got moved up, etc. Admittedly I could have exercised today, but I think spending six hours cleaning my room counts cuz my back is killing me!
2. Brush and floss teeth before going to bed every night
I blame Big Bang Theory for my lack of night-time brushing... This is because I would fall asleep on my couch watching the various seasons of the show and often woke up there in the morning, rather than crawling into my bed sometime around 3am.3. Do something social/go on dates twice a month
I went to do coffee with E on Tuesday, but the rest of the week I just worked. I was supposed to do something today, but wasn't feeling up to being social.4. Work on editing assignments or WiPs for a minimum of two hours per week
I probably did about an hour on the second edits and some pre-formatting of a ms this week.5. Save and plan for UK dream vacation
