Resolutions: Week 1
1. Get healthier by losing 15lbs via 30 min walk/wk, 30 min rebounder/wk, 15 situps + pushups per day (dance class?)
Pounds: 132
Walking: 20 min
Trampoline: 30 min
Situps: 45
Pushups: 45I have discovered that thirty minutes straight on the rebounder is not the best way to start, so next week I'll divide the time into two or three parts and then work my way up to a straight half-hour or more over the course of the year. I also realized it takes two sports bras to almost get the necessary support, so sports companies really need to work on making a better product *grrr* I've decided to track my weight here too, though to be honest it's not correct. Apparently the scale is off --Mum says it doesn't match the dr's office nor the fitness centre's scales-- but off by how much and which way, I don't know. It doesn't really matter, I suppose, as long as the things gradually gets down to saying 115lbs.
2. Brush and floss teeth before going to bed every night
Technically, I suppose I've missed a couple nights already due to falling asleep on my couch, but when I woke up to move from couch to bed I would go brush my teeth.3. Do something social/go on dates twice a month
I don't suppose work counts, so none this week. I did arrange to meet a friend for coffee next week though, and am attempting to set up a get-together for tea with a friend's mum.4. Work on editing assignments or WiPs for a minimum of two hours per week
So far I have an hour working on editing.5. Save and plan for UK dream vacation
I checked my savings, seeing how much I have left to save and figuring out how long that will take.SUMR
