  • The End...

It is the last day of the year, and naturally everyone wants to do a "round-up" type of blog post. I have been seeing those ever-present questionnaires like on Persiankitty's blog, and also a year-at-a-glance in abundance. At first I was going to do both, but I've done a lot of Q&As so I'm sure you're tired of me doing them.

This year has been full of ups and downs, but every down makes an up possible. Now a new year is coming, and it is another chance to start again for "tomorrow is another day with no mistakes in it". I am really curious as to how my year's summary will turn out as I haven't really thought of the major occurrences that have happened to me. I can hardly wait to reread the things I've written and learn just what stands out the most.

I joined a book blogger chat group and met some great people.

    Met pulitzer-prize winner Jennifer Egan.
    I had a job interview, which I didn't get.
I met Susie Moloney and we took part in a flash mob.

I had a job interview, which I found out later I didn't get.
My great-grandmother died due to a heart attack.
    Christmas decorating party with @Karoline1982

    DECEMBER:
I started a freelance job as a content editor.
I turned twenty-eight and threw myself a belated party.
A renewed interest in graphology due to @BFB1131
Big topic of discussion was the use of profanity and the choice not to swear.

    Lucky stars above you,
    Sunshine on your way,
    Many friends to love you,
    Joy in work and play-
    Laughter to outweigh each care,
    In your heart a song-
    And gladness waiting everywhere
    All your whole life long!
